Saint Brother Andre Senior High School has made a history by introducing electronic voting for the first time since its establishment during this year’s prefects election.
The adoption of the e-voting system marks a significant departure from the traditional ballot-based method and is being hailed as a progressive step in student leadership and digital education.

In an interview with the Chairperson of the electoral commission, Madam Patience Donkor explained the rationale behind the change.

According to her, the initiative was introduced to reduce stress associated with manual voting and to familirise students with the digital systems commonly used in universities.

The secretary of the electoral commission Frank Adjei, described the 2025 prefects election as the most successful so far, attributing the smooth process to the introduction of the e-voting platform.
